Reproduced a reported WooCommerce regression involving the fetch_patterns Action Scheduler job and WP-Cron, comparing WooCommerce 11.0.1 with 11.1.0 under the same test conditions.

What I did

• Set up a local WordPress/WooCommerce test environment on Debian
• Tested WooCommerce 11.0.1 and 11.1.0
• Isolated the WP-Cron execution path
• Created and monitored the fetch_patterns scheduled action
• Verified execution using Action Scheduler logs
• Compared the results between both WooCommerce versions

Result: WooCommerce 11.0.1 completed the action through WP-Cron, while WooCommerce 11.1.0 reproduced the reported no callbacks are registered failure.
